• numbers 1 - 10 are written out
• no spaces at the top and bottom of articles
• Try to keep headlines to one line
• Establish WHO WHAT WHERE WHEN WHY  in each article
• No area code unless NOT 804
  
• MW Library will now be corrected to MLWGS Library
  
• School year will be referred to 2009-10
  
• Times 8:00-10:00 pm     am or pm will be lower case and added to second number unless first number is different. Will not use spaces before or after -
